Scans and queries

Each plan includes a daily scan allowance. Higher tiers add more daily scans, broader workflow access, and stronger reporting.

Audit depth and reporting

Free includes Meta Snapshot Lite, Security Posture Lite, and Technical Audit (core), with watermarked reports. Pro unlocks full depth for those tools plus CSV and PDF without watermarks. Agency adds advanced reporting workflows, shareable and white-label reports, and automation.

Sites and scale

Free covers one site; Pro covers up to two sites. Agency supports up to ten sites with advanced workflow outputs. Competitor tracking is available on all plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my scan limit?

You will see a notification and can wait for the next daily allowance or upgrade your plan to continue scanning.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Yearly plans are billed upfront and run for 12 months.

Do you offer refunds?

Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a review. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Can I use my own OpenAI API key?

Yes. Paid CiteWorth subscribers can connect their own OpenAI API key. Your subscription still controls access to CiteWorth features, limits, and workflows, but provider pass-through OpenAI usage can run through your own OpenAI account where BYOK is enabled. BYOK V1 supports OpenAI first.
