The committed work queue
Promote an Opportunity to a Case when you're ready to commit. Each Case has acceptance criteria, a Fix Assist workspace, and a sign-off workflow.
Fix
Cases is the committed work queue in CiteWorth. When you are ready to act on an Opportunity, you promote it to a Case. Each Case has acceptance criteria you define, a Fix Assist workspace for AI-guided implementation, and a structured sign-off workflow. Cases give you a shared record of what is in flight, what shipped, and what the evidence showed after the fix went live.
What this tool does
- Promote any Opportunity to a Case when ready to commit
- Define acceptance criteria and track completion against them
- Fix Assist workspace built into each Case for AI-guided implementation

When to Use It
When to Use It
- You have identified an Opportunity and want to commit to fixing it with a defined outcome.
- You need a shared record of in-progress and completed fixes for a client or team.
- You want to tie a fix directly to evidence of improvement from a follow-up scan.
Common Pitfalls
- Cases are for committed work — don't promote every Opportunity. Prioritise by impact.
- Acceptance criteria should be specific and tied to measurable scan outcomes.
- Sign off only when you have a follow-up scan result confirming the fix worked.
